3 Chinese held without valid documents near Indo-Nepal border
Lucknow/Bahraich, Jan 18 (PTI) Three Chinesenationals, including a woman, were arrested near theIndo-Nepal border by paramilitary personnel for allegedlysneaking into the Indian territory and taking pictures ofvital installations.
Liao Xing, Yu Dangli and Yang Liu were arrested byShashastra Seema Bal (SSB) personnel near Rupedhiya borderyesterday when they were taking pictures of some importantinstallations, Special Director General, Law and Order,Brijlal told reporters here.
An Indian PAN card, two mobiles and a camera wererecovered from them, Brijlal said, adding, intelligenceagencies were interrogating them.
He said the three Chinese nationals had come fromNepal and crossed into the Indian border without validpassports and visas. They were booked for illegally enteringcountry and under the passport act.
