Six drivers from Goa make it to the final of AKC

Margao, Jan 17 (PTI) Six drivers from among the selectedlist of 64 made it to the finals of the Amaron KartingChallenge (AKC) Season 3 after they finished on top during theregional round held at Go-A-Karting, Nuvem today.

Daniel Kim, Shivanand, Aliston G, Hilton F, Shisham andAdnan drove on some consistent performance to make it to thefinals of the event to be held at Hyderabad on February 7.

The AKC which started off on Saturday drew a hugeresponse with more than 5,000 students from various schoolsacross Goa registering for the race, though only 64participants made the cut.

The selected contestants were divided in batches of eightto draft upon the last eight who further battled it out forthe top six.

The winner of the final leg at Hyderabad will be awardeda scholarship of Rs 10 lakh and will receive professionaltraining from Amaron Pro Racing with MECO motor sports. PTIMCS DK SNK SHN
