AR Rahman losses Golden Globe Award

California, Jan 17: Indian music director and Oscar winner, AR Rahman failed to win 2011 Golden Globe Awards, which was announced on Sunday, Jan 16 in Beverly Hills, California.

Rahman was nominated for the 'Best Original Score' category for his song in British filmmaker Danny Boyle's '127 Hours' that won the Critics' Choice Award for best original song on Friday, Jan 14.

"The Social Network" bagged the award for Best Original Score in 2011 Golden Globe.

* Best Supporting Actor (Motion Picture) - Christian Bale (The Fighter)
* Best Actress (TV Series Drama) - Katey Sagal (Sons of Anarchy)
* Best Mini-Series or TV Movie - Carlos
* Best Supporting Actor (TV Series or Mini-Series) - Chris Colfer (Glee)
* Best Original Song (Motion Picture) - 'You Haven"t Seen The Last of Me' (Burlesque)
* Best Original Score (Motion Picture) - The Social Network
* Best Animated Feature Film - Toy Story 3
* Best Actress (Film Comedy or Musical) - Annette Bening (The Kids are all right)

Earlier in 2009, Rahman won two Oscar Awards, Golden Globe and two Academy Awards for his score in Boyle's film 'Slumdog Millionaire'.
