Reneix eyeing nearly 3-fold increase in turnover to Rs 67 cr
Chennai Jan 12 (PTI) Chennai-based Regenix Group, apharmaceutical and health care company, planned to increaseits turnover from Rs 25 crore to Rs 67 crore in 2011-12 and isinvesting Rs 13 crore for its expansion plans in diagnostics,dentistry and pharmacies.
The group, which is into manufacturing and marketingpharmaceutical, biotech products and medical equipment andrunning a network of retail pharmacy units, was expanding itsdiagnostics wing by setting up a state-of-the-art central labhere at an investment of Rs five crore, a top official said.
The lab would be commissioned later this month, Rengeixchairman A Ramamurthy told reporters here.
Talking about the group�s plans for 2011-12, he said thecompany, which had ten diagnostic centers across Tamil Nadu,would set up 15 more by the end of this year.
Its growth plan included establishing a chain of dentalclinics. With 21 more such clinics planned during the year,the number would go upto 25, he said.
The company would expand the marketing of pharmaceuticalproducts in Kerala and Karnataka this year, he said PTI SRVS01121821
