Lokmanya Tilak "Duronto Express" to be launched on Jan 14

Kochi, Jan 12 (PTI) Minister of State for Railways EAhamed will flag off the inaugural special ofErnakulam-Lokmanya Tilak Bi-weekly "Duronto Express" at afunction here on January 14.

Prof.K.V.Thomas, Union Minister of state for Agriculture,will preside over the function in which state Law MinisterM.VijayaKumar, Mayor of Cochin Tony Chammany will be amongthose participating.

Train NO.12223/12224 Ernakulam-Lokmanya Tilak (Mum-Kurla)Bi-weekly "Duronto Express" will leave Ernakulam on Sundaysand Wednesdays at 21.30-hrs and will reach Lokmanya Tilak at18.15-hrs, next day.

From Lokmanya Tilak, this train will leave on Tuesdays andSaturdays at 20.50-hrs and will reach Ernakulam Junction at17.45-hrs next day. This is a non-stop train between Ernakulamand Mumbai (Kurla-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus), a railway pressrelease said.
