Unfortunately, Apple has given access to Mac App Store for those who run Snow Leopard. Users can also have the access through a system update-Mac OS X 10.6.6. The new update installs a App Store program (a 7.4MB file) in the Applications folder. Also a store icon appears in the Dock.
Users can access to the new Store with the same account they have for iTunes Store. The new store looks like the iTunes Store and the navigation is similar. On the top of the Mac App Store, there are Back and Forward buttons on the left, and middle buttons for Features, Top Charts, Categories, Purchases, and Updates.
In the products page, Apple has given description, which gives information like version number, file size, requirements etc, links to the developer's Website, screenshots, and customer ratings for the particular product.
The new Mac App Store is loaded with Twitter 2.0 app, iPhoto 11, iMovie, GarageBand etc. So, what are you waiting for? Just login, click, buy and download.
