Partial win: Rajesh Talwar to get CBI's report
The court on Friday, Jan 7, during its hearing, stated that CBI, in its closure report, mentioned about Rajesh Talwar as a "suspect" but not an "accused".
So, the court stated that Aarushi's parents will be given a copy of the CBI's closure report on Aarushi's murder case which was submitted on Dec 29.

The hearing of the special CBI court has been adjourned till Friday, Jan 21.
Citing the report, Dr Rajesh Talwar opposed the report and moved to the special CBI court with the demand for not closing the case.
However, the special court, earlier, criticised the CBI over its sudden decision to close the investigation but at the same time rejected Talwars' appeal to examine the closure report submitted by CBI.
Now, finally, Aarushi's parents found a way to defend themselves against the allegation of CBI.
14-year-old Aarushi was killed in their residence in Noida in 2008. Talwars' domestic help, Hemraj, was also found dead at the same time.
Unsolved mystery: Who killed Aarushi?
CBI conducted investigation in the double murder case and suddenly on Dec 29 submitted its closure for the lack of evidence.
