DPS students on road for Aarushi's justice
Aarushi's friends from Noida DPS (Delhi Public School) and the well-wisher of Talwar family, on Jan 6, gathered at the Jantar Mantar to light candles, began a signature campaign to oppose CBI's closure report which showed Aarushi's father Rajesh Talwar as the only "suspect."
"Today, our entire circle of friends is here. We hope to take it further from here till Aarushi gets justice," stated one of the friends of Aarushi.
CBI on Dec 29, suddenly ceased the investigation in 14-year-old Aarushi murder case and submitted its closure report.
Citing the report, Dr Rajesh Talwar opposed the report and moved to the special CBI court with the demand for not closing the case.
However, the special court criticised the CBI over its sudden decision to close the investigation but at the same time rejected Talwars' appeal to examine the closure report submitted the CBI.
The hearing of the court on Jan 3 was adjourned till Jan 7 and many are anxiously waiting for the final verdict of Aarushi murder case.
