Lenovo unveils tablet PC LePad at CES 2011
The new sensation in the gadget market LePad has a 10.1-inch screen and runs on Google's Android 2.2 Froyo operating system. It is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
The LePad supports Flash, online gaming and video applications. Lenova plans to launch the new tablet in China and later in United States and other markets. During the launch, Lenovo also showed the IdeaPad U1, a hybrid device that turns the LePad into a netbook-like product.
While docked with the base, LePad can be used as a netbook. It runs with an Intel CULV I5-540UM 1.20-Ghz processor and Windows 7 Home Premium operating system.

Lenovo's senior product manager, Leo Li, said that company plans to launch more tablets in coming days. The LePad will be priced between $399 and $449. The availability and price in India are not yet announced. Stay tuned for more updates.
