Cong's Jan Jagran programme to expose BJP: Sonia

Sonia Gandhi
New Delhi, Dec 21: The war of words of the two most famous political parties Congress and BJP continues as Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Dec 20 stated that the party will launch a "Jana Jagran" (awareness of people) programme which will expose BJP.

"We (Congress) will soon begin preparations for our chintan shivir. We will launch a jan jagran programme throughout the country to inform people about UPA's achievements and expose BJP's doublespeak," stated Mrs Gandhi.

Congress' supremo also declared, "This is a record that stands out distinctively when compared to what the NDA did during its time. Nothing can detract from our solid accomplishments."

"It is our duty now to propagate our achievements and to counter all allegations, particularly allegations made by the BJP, which are blatantly baseless and completely unfounded," added Sonia.

On the other side, BJP claimed that Congress conducted a loot much larger than the British empires had carried out when the ruled the country.

This new war of words started after Congress' plenary meet in New Delhi on Dec 20 when PM Manmohan Singh stated that only Public Accounts Committee (PAC) will continue its probe in 2G spectrum scam, not Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe, which was demanded by BJP.
