Islamabad, Dec 20(ANI): Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik has described Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao's speech to the joint sitting of the country's parliament as a strong message to the enemies of Pakistan.

Addressing the media after the speech, Malik said that it reflected the emotional attachment of the Chinese government with the government and people of Pakistan.

He emphasised that the Premier's speech must have rung alarm bells to the enemies of Pakistan, which cast covetous eyes on its peace, stability, progress and prosperity.

"It's a strong messages to the enemies (of Pakistan)," the Daily Times quoted Malik, as saying.

The Interior Minister further said that the way in which the parliament expressed solidarity and oneness over the Sino-Pak friendship was a crystal clear manifestation of the fact that the Pak-China friendship was eternal. (ANI)
