"Terrorism and communalism of all types is a threat to India. We need to remain vigilant against acts of terrorism of all kinds, no matter who commits them," claimed Rahul while the entire country especially Oppositions like BJP and RSS stormed the country.
BJP spokesperson stated, "If he sees a fringe radical Hindu group as the biggest threat in spite of so many terrorist attacks including 26/11 in which involvement of Pakistani groups is confirmed, then it only underscores how ignorant he is about India and its problems."
On the other side, claiming WikiLeaks' revelation as a conspiracy, Congress said, "Let us verify the truth. May be there is some conspiracy behind the pattern with which this all is being done."
On Dec 17, the whistleblower WikiLeaks, which has received enough popularity with its sensuous and shocking secret documents and data on Iraq war and US' confidential strategies against other countries, exposed Rahul's statement on saffron terror.
According the website, Rahul in 2009 warned US ambassador Timothy Roemer about Hindu terrorism in India as he has been quoted, "growth of radicalised Hindu groups which create religious tensions and political confrontations with the Muslim community."
