It was the third time WikiLeaks went offline in this week. The new move against website founded by Julian Assange came after the release of United States diplomatic cables.
Media reported that WikiLeaks has to register the domain name 'wikileaks.org' with another domain name provider.
WikiLeaks started publishing diplomatic cables which revealed shocking news about United States and its relation with other nations. One of the cables exposed that US asked its officials to spy on leaders of the United Nations.
Following the WikiLeaks release, US had started damage control measures. States Secretary Hillary Clinton called other world leaders to ensure positive ties.
Hillary spoke to Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari and president Fernandez de Kirchner of Argentina on Thursday, Dec 2.
