Hillary Clinton
Washington, Nov 30: The United States official diplomatic wires leaked by WikiLeaks have exposed that US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has mocked India's bid for permanent United Nations Sceurity Council Seat (UNSC).

According to leaked documents, Hillary Clinton defined India as a “self-appointed front runner" for UNSC seat.

In a cable dealing with UNSC expansion, the US State Department reportedly asked its diplomats to collect details about the bids of 'self-appointed front-runners" for the permanent seat of UNSC.

Hillary also added Brazil, Germany and Japan to the 'self-appointed front runners' list.

The shocking news came just few weeks after US President Barack Obama offered US' support for India's UNSC seat bid. During his maiden visit to India in Nov 2010, Obama announced US support for UNSC seat while addressing Indian Parliament.

US has started damage control after secret data release. Hillary Clinton on Monday, Nov 29 described the release as a "attack on international community." She condemned the release saying that it has "puts people's lives in danger, threatens our national security and undermines our efforts to work with other countries to solve shared problems."
