New Delhi, Nov 26: Remembering 166 killed victims and martyrs of Mumbai 2008 attacks on its second anniversary on Nov 26, the 'paralized' Parliament was seemed to acquire its lost power but it kept its logjam again for the 11th time in this winter session.

Speaker of the Lok Sabha Meira Kumar made a speech on the deadly 26/11 attacks and paid tribute to the deceased during the incident.

However, soon after the tribute, Oppositions parties in both houses (Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha) raised their adamant demand of Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe in the 2G spectrum scandal.

On the other side, Congress MPs continued with their demand of resignation from Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa for his alleged role in multi-crore land scam, though BJP gave clean chit to BSY.
