I'll uproot Gowda from political scene: K'taka CM
"From today, my target is to eradicate the Gowda's party from the political scene of the state and I will not relent till attaining my goal," stated Yeddyurappa.
Hitting back at Gowda's suggestion to the BJP leaders to press for leadership change in the state, the chief minister claimed, "Let ten Gowdas come, they cannot shake the confidence of Yeddyurappa."
Pointing to the Oppositions' alleged involvement in several scandals, Yeddyurappa stated, "Gowda and his family had cheated the state and its people on several occasions for attaining their selfish political goals."
He also added, "But their tricks to unseat me will not fructify because it is not easy to deceive the BJP members."
All this statement came after Gowda and his party raised strong demand for the change of leadership in the state and for resignation of Yeddyurappa, who is allegedly involved in multi-crore land scam.
