Asiad 2010: India bags two silver in men's rowing

Guangzhou, Nov 18: Indian men's rowing team bagged two silver medals in Asian Games 2010 on Thursday, Nov 18.

Indian team won silver in men's four and lightweight four teams. The men's four team comprised of Anil Kumar, Saji Thomas, Ranjit Singh and Jenil Krishnan settled for siver behind China.

Indian squad of Lokesh Kumar, Manjeet Singh, Rajesh Kumar Yadav and Satish Joshi in men's lightweight four event grabbed the silver with a timing of 6:13.32, behind Japan.

With both these medals, India has a total of 15 medals with 1 gold, 7 silver and 7 bronze.
