Why Sonia, Rahul, PM silent on 2G scam; asks BJP

New Delhi, Nov 13: Bharatiya Janatha Party (BJP) asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to immediately dismiss Union Telecom Minister A Raja for his involvement in 2G spectrum scam.

During the press conference on Saturday, Nov 13 in New Delhi, BJP spokes person Prakash Javadekar asked PM Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi to react and clarify their stands in 2G scam.

Prakash Javadekar said that Sonia Gandi and Rahul Gandhi lecture the nation about different issues but they are keeping silent in 2G scam.

He also asked whether Manmohan Singh's clean image will also include the white washing of corruption.

During the press conference BJP leaders also expressed their views on remarks of former Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief K Sudarshan against Sonia Gandhi.

Prakash Javadekar said that RSS ha் expressed their regret for disgraceful remarks on Sonia Gandhi and Gandhi family. He also added that it was not a good sign if Congress workers attack RSS office.

On Wednesday, Nov 10, Sudharshan dubbed Sonia a CIA agent and alleged that she plotted the assassinations of her husband and former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and his mother Indira Gandhi.

Later RSS expressed sorry to Sonia on Nov 12 for disgraceful remarks against her.
