JK: BJP to boycott interlocutors

JK interlocutors: Radha Kumar, MM Ansari, Dilip Padgaonkar
Jammu, Oct 27: Raising doubts on the credibility of the three interlocutors appointed for Jammu Kashmir, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of the state decided to boycott the meeting with the panel on Oct 27.

BJP spokesperson stated, "the three interlocutors have raised doubts about their credibility by making utterances as 'Kashmir dispute' and saying 'dialogue is necessary with Pakistan'."

"One wonders whether they are representing India or Pakistan," he added and also pointing to the interlocutors' meeting with the separatists and the stone pelters in jail, BJP stated, "which again indicates that they are not pursuing the mandate given to them for meeting all shades of opinion in the state."

Appealing to the people of the valley to boycott the interlocutors, BJP leader also suggested, "There is no need to have separate Constitution and separate flag for JK and it should become a part of the country as any other state in India."
