Sohrabuddin case: More trouble for Amit Shah
During the time of Sohrabuddin's encounter, police officers including DG Vanzara, Raj Kumar Pandiyan, Abhay Chudasma and Narendra Amin visited Amit Shah's residence and office regularly, stated Palak.
Palak"s revelation has been cited in the statement attached as evidence with the supplementary charge sheet filed by the CBI on Oct 22.
Palak's statement also disclosed that during the fake encounter time in 2005, Amit Shah's cell phone records suggested that the minister had spoken to Narendra Amin for more than 25 times.
"He (Amit Shah) was not happy with my work because I did not follow the illegal instructions passed by him in the investigation of the case," stated then ADGP, Raigar.
Such statements against the former minister of Gujarat raised more trouble for getting bail.
