New Delhi, Oct 17: Suresh Kalmadi, Commonwealth Games Organising Committee Chairman, hits back at Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit for her comments on him over CWG corruption charges.

On Sunday, Oct 17 Kalmadi told that Sheila Dikshit must reflect on corruption in her own departments and it is not right to deflect and point fingers at others.

"Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit's aspersions on corruption in the Organising Committee Commonwealth Games 2010 Delhi are most disappointing and uncalled for. It is not right to deflect and point fingers at others when she must indulge in self-reflection on corruption in her own departments," said Kalmadi.

"She has said that the ways of the OC are mysterious whereas the Commonwealth Games chief Michael Fennell declared the conduct of the Games as exceptional and successful," he added.

Earlier on Saturday, Oct 16, Sheila Dikshit accused Kalmadi for all corruptions in the Commonwealth Games. She told that the there was something "mysterious" about the way the OC conducted the games and "suspicion" of corruption was on Kalmadi but the probe would clear the "cobwebs."

Later on Sunday, Kalmadi met Urban Development Minister Jaipal Reddy, who heads the group of ministers for Commonwealth Games, ahead of the GoM meet on Monday.
