Nehru admitted JK as disputed issue:Hizb

Srinagar, Oct 12: Reacting to the nationalist organisation, Deoband's statement, Kashmir's separatists group Hizbul Mujahideen said that Deoband should find out from Jawharlal Nehru's speech that whether Kashmir was a disputed issue or not.

Hizbul leader, Ahsan Ilahi on Oct 11, advised the Deoband group, "go through speeches of first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru and find out whether Kashmir is a dispute or not."

They also put the question that if Kashmir was not a disputed issue then why UN representatives has been established in the valley while no other states of the country has UN members.

Deoband, as the biggest religious seminary in South Asia, has always played a major role in shaping Muslim opinion in the country.

Recently, the organisation made a statement, where it claimed, "Kashmir is not a disputed issue and Kashmir's future lies with India."
