New Delhi, Oct 6: Shooters continue to shine at the Commonwealth Games 2010 as Omkar Singh became the latest to bag a gold medal in the men's 50m pistol event on Wednesday, Oct 6.
Omkar's victory adds to the celebratory mood of the host country after Gagan Narang and Anisa Sayyed earlier claimed a gold medal each in men's 10m air rifle and women's 25m pistol category respectively.
Besides this, Abhinav Bindra and Rahi Sarnobat grabbed a silver medal each in men's 10m air rifle and women's 25m pistol category respectively.
On Tuesday, Oct 5, Gagan Narang and Abhinav Bindra, and Anisa Sayyed and Rahi Sarnobat grabbed gold medals in pairs events.
