"It (Kashmir) is an outstanding issue which needs to be resolved. It is a political issue and cannot be addressed through development, employment or good governance only," claimed Omar on Oct 6.
During a meeting, Omar slammed the central government by stating that his government is not a puppet at the hands of central government. He also clarified that the state government consulted every issue just to get a permanent solution.
