The programme will start from Jan 2011 in select districts of Maharashtra and its cost is Rs 1,900 per student.
Nokia will also make available IGNOU admission forms with Nokia phones supporting Ovi Life Tools. On completion of the programme enrolled students will get certificates from IGNOU.
