Oz warns of terror strike during CWG 2010

Melbourne, Sep 20: Day after the firing incident at Jama Masjid  in New Delhi, Australian government on Monday, Sep 20 updated its nationals to pay close attention to their personal security during Commonwealth games.

"We advise you to exercise a high degree of caution in India at this time because of the high risk of terrorist activity by militant groups," the advisory said.

"Australians in New Delhi should be aware that the Commonwealth Games will be held in a security environment where there is a high risk of terrorism," the advisory added.
