Top Cong leaders meet to solve JK violence

New Delhi, Sep 10: The Congress arranged a core party meeting at Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh's residence in New Delhi on Friday, Sep 10 to discuss to find out solution of Kashmir problem.

According the party sources, the leaders discussed about Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah's insistence on amendments to the controversial Armed Force Special Powers Act (AFSPA) or its partial withdrawal from the state.

Sonia Gandhi, Pranab Mukherjee, P Chidambaram along with Prithviraj Chavan, Ghulam Nabi Azad and many others attended the meeting.
