The 35-year-old actress travelled to Nowshera town in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province and met Afghan refugees and distributed flood relief materials.
"It's an extraordinarily complex situation. These are very, very long, extended situations that need our constant support for a very, very long time," she said.
Jolie had earlier donated $100,000 for flood victims and released a video appealing for more donations to the affected people.
As per reports, the catastrophe has left eight million dependent on aid and over a million homeless.
