Maharashtra Congress leaders told that Rahul will visit Akola, Aurangabad and Pune and hold interactions with students.
"Rahul is on a visit of the state as part of his nationwide tour for interaction with youth and students," said Sanjay Dutt, MPCC general secretary and spokesperson.
"Rahul's countrywide visits are getting tremendous response. Youth and students, beyond realm of politics are joining him," he added.
Earlier on Monday, Sep 6, Rahul Gandhi visited Kolkata and attended a rally. During the rally he told that CPIM's rule in Bengal will end soon. He accused that CPIM had created 'two Bengals', one of the poor and the other of the privileged people of the CPI-M.
