New Delhi, Jul 29: After giving controversial remarks on Commonwealth Games, now former sports minister Mani Shankar Aiyar said that, he will speak about Commonwealth Games only after Oct 15, when the event gets over, as he has been asked to keep mum on the issue.
Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member Mani Shankar Aiyar, said, "now that everybody is talking about it, I think, now I do not need to say anything more and I have promised that I will keep my mouth shut because somebody asked me to do so. Now, I will open my mouth after Oct 15."
Mani Shankar said that his criticism of the Commonwealth Games 2010 was nothing new and he had taken this stand since the last two years. He wondered why there was a hue and cry on the issue from last few days.
