Sydney, July 16 (ANI): A woman in the US has been charged with sexually assaulting two teenaged boys, who happen to be her own daughter's friends.
Cathleen Miller, 40, from Chicago, has been accused of plying the two boys, aged 14 and 15, with alcohol and marijuana, and having sex with them, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
The mother-of-three was allegedly engaged in sex acts with one of the boys when her daughter walked in on them.
The boy subsequently apologised to her daughter on Facebook, and when his parents saw the message, they reported Miller to the police.
Her lawyer, Robert Olson, said Miller had not done anything wrong and that the boys had brought drugs and alcohol to her home.
He said Miller was a victim of domestic abuse and had just separated from her husband.
He further revealed that when police made inquiries into the alleged assaults, Miller checked into a hospital and was contemplating suicide.
Miller is now behind bars, as she has so far been unable to post bail, which was set at 900,000 dollars. (ANI)
