Sarah Palin's daughter once again engaged to Levi Johnston

London, July 15 (ANI): Bristol Palin, daughter of Sarah Palin, is yet again engaged to marry Levi Johnston, the father of her baby son.

The pair were engaged previously but separated soon after the child's birth.

"We obviously want what's best for our children," The BBC quoted Mrs Palin as saying in a statement, announced in US Magazine.

"Bristol believes in redemption and forgiveness to a degree most of us struggle to put in practice in our daily lives," she added.

Bristol was pregnant at 17 and their son was born in 2008, shortly after the election.

Although the pair split in 2009, they recently surprised everyone with their engagement.

"It felt right, even though we don't have the approval of our parents," Bristol Palin, now 19, told the magazine in a statement.

"It is intimidating and scary just to think about what her reaction is going to be. Hopefully she will jump on board."

Now, since the election Bristol Palin is trying to set an example for others encouraging teenagers not to have sex because of the risk of pregnancy. (ANI)
