Woods trying to win back trust of wife and kids

London, Jul 14: After his wife, who was on the verge of breaking off the marriage, took him back, sex scandal tainted-golfer Tiger Woods is now trying to win back the trust of not only his wife Elin, but also his "two beautiful kids".

Tiger Woods, whose image was marred by the surfacing of his multiple extra marital affairs in 2009, has said that he is making efforts to become a better person and above all the best dad.

"I am trying to become a better person and all that really matters is that I have two beautiful kids," the golfer told The Sun.

The tabloid reported that the golfer disrupted his routine and his schedule to fly back home from Ireland so that he can spend time with his daughter Sam Elexis (3) and son Charlie Axel (1).

"I am trying to be the best father I can possibly be to them and that's the most important thing of all. I went home and had a great time with my kids. It was an incredible experience to hang out with them.

"Normally I don't come over, play two days, and then go back home. But the reason why I did is obviously for my kids, and we had a great time. But I don't practise as much as I used to because of the kids, nor should I. They are the most important thing in my life," he added.
