London, July 10 (ANI): Mercedes driver Michael Schumacher has written off this F-1 season as an all time career low
Schumacher, 41, suffered an all-time career low in Valencia two Sundays ago when he finished 15th in the European Grand Prix.
It was the seven-time world champion 's worst finish in 258 races.
According to the Daily Star, he approaches the halfway point of the season trailing championship leader Lewis Hamilton by 93 points.
He said: "What happened in Valencia was frustrating because you think you've a great idea, a plan, and then you sit and let everybody by.
"But considering where we have been, it's difficult to see it getting any worse," he added.
"Now, I'm not really thinking about the championship any more. That's unrealistic from my point of view considering the points I have," he said. (ANI)
