Berdych says he fears no one after beating Djokovic

By Abdul Nisar

London, July 3 (ANI): Czech tennis star Tomas Berdych has said that he does not fear anyone following his stunning wins over Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic to enter the finals of this year's Wimbledon championship.

The first Czech men's singles finalist at Wimbledon since Ivan Lendl in 1986 and 1987, 12th seed Berdych proved Wednesday's victory was no fluke with a 6-3 7-6 6-3 to earn a final showdown with Rafael Nadal.

According to the Daily Star, the outcome hinged on a dramatic second-set tiebreak, which Berdych eventually won 11-9 but only after letting slip a 6-2 lead.

Now, having beaten the No.1 and No.3 seeds, he is eyeing another big scalp on the Centre Court tomorrow - Rafael Nadal. (ANI)
