New Delhi, Jul 1: Starting from Thursday, Jul 1, commercial vehicles of Tata Motors are set to get dearer.
The automobile leader on Thursday, Jul 1 informed that it has hiked the prices of its commercial vehicles by about 1.5 per cent.
However, Ace and Magic have been excluded from his price rise.
“Except the Ace and Magic range, Tata Motors has taken a price increase across its commercial vehicles, with effect from July 1, 2010. The average increase is about 1.5 per cent," a Tata Motors spokesperson told a news agency.
The move has been inspired by the need to neutralise increase in rates of commodities such as steel and tyres, the spokesperson added.
