Here comes the real danger

Port Elizabeth, Jun 26: It's time for the knock outs! The first round group level matches are over and now starts the pre-quarters of FIFA World Cup 2010 in which the failures have to pack up.

This World Cup has provided genuine thrills and excitement has well as huge amount of intrigue. It has been engrossing and most importantly it has provided some genuine surprises.

In the first pre-quarter match Group A winner Uruguay will meet Group B runners North Korea and in the second match Group C winner USA will face Group D runners Ghana.

Pre-quarter matches between England and Germany and the Euro Champions Spain against Portugal will be the most exciting matches in this World Cup. Pre-quarters will end with elimination of the two most favourites of this World Cup.

As the World Cup heads into pre-quarters a lot of teams will try to forget their struggles in the group stages. This is the business end of the tournament and it"s game one as far as they are concerned, if you slip up now you don"t get another chance to set things right.

There is still no real favourite, results' wise it has been one of the most unpredictable World Cups. One thing we know is this is football and anything can happen in 90 minutes.
