Islamabad, Jun 24: Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao and her Pak counterpart Salman Bashir will address a joint press conference later on Thursday, Jun 24 after the talks intended to bridge the trust deficit between the two nations.
They will address the press conference at 3pm (local time) at the foreign office in Islamabad, informed the sources.
The decision about the joint press conference was taken after their meeting on Thursday, Jun 24 morning. There was no indication of such a press conference earlier, said the sources.
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Pak counterpart Yousuf Raza Gilani appointed Rao and Bashir to discuss the ways to bridge the trust deficit and prepare the ground for a meetig of the foreign ministers on Jun 15.
