Becks bowled over by Tom Cruise's footie 'skills'

London, June 19 (ANI): Soccer ace David Beckham was apparently impressed with Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz's soccer 'skills'.

Cruise and Diaz sprung into World Cup fever on the set of their upcoming film 'Knight and Day' by having an incredibly skilful kickabout.

The Hollywood stars' kick about was captured on camera and Cruise wasted no time in showing the jaw-dropping footage to Becks and his pals.

But, what the England football star failed to notice was that Cruise and Diaz's super-slick skills were actually the work of CGI specialists.

"I showed it to Beckham. All of his mates - they were all over there and I just kind of threw it on and I was like, 'Yeah, I can play a little football," the Sun quoted him as saying.

"I put it on, they're looking at it saying, 'What! What! Come on!'

"I went through it quickly. I was like, 'What do you think?'"

Explaining how they pulled off the prank, Cameron said: "We had to act like there was a ball in between us and that we were playing around with it.

"They put the ball in afterwards," she added. (ANI)
