The boy was arrested at Yarraville in Australia, on Thursday, Jun 17. The homicide detectives said that he will be presented before a Children's Court, this afternoon.
Detectives had also questioned other people in relation to the case and the investigation is continuing, informed a Victoria police spokesperson. Victorian police informed that there was no 'race' issue involved with the murder.
Nitin Garg was stabbed at Cruickshank Park in Melbourne's West on his way to work at a Yarraville Hungry Jack's outlet. He died a short time later and his belongings were left scattered in the park.
