Bal Thackeray dubs birthday boy Raj 'Dhanajirao'

Mumbai, Jun 14: Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray has now dubbed his estranged nephew, Raj Thackeray 'Dhanajirao' , which means one who is wealthy or hankers after money.

The uncle came up with the new nickname on the occasion of Raj Thackeray's 43rd birthday.

"Now that Dhanajirao (Raj) has confessed MNS MLAs voted for Congress in last week's Legislative Council elections in return for revoking suspension of four MNS MLAs, everybody knows how transparent the poll process was," Thackeray said.

From a long time, Shiv Sena has been accusing the MNS of getting sold out to the Congress. Even after the council polls, Thackeray had brought up the allegation.

Dhanajirao adds up to the long list of names that the Sena chief has slapped on his nephew, such as 'modern day Jinnah'.
