Moily refrains Jagan from journey
New Delhi, Jun 2: Veerappa Moily, the Law Minister and the senior Congress leader, said that the party MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy should refrain from his controversial Odarpu yatra.
"I would advice Jagan to refrain from his yatra completely. Rest is upto him," said Moily. He remarked this hours after Reddy said, he has sorted 'all issues' over the rally with the Congress.
"My party has appreciated my yatra and the top leaders have given me clear indication that I can go ahead with this rally. All issues have been cleared,"Jagan told the media.
Jagan had also said that he will not leave the party but is ready to step down from the Lok Sabha post, on May 31. He also said that party has given him a 'go ahead' signal for the rally. He also said that the rally was not a political statement and the detractors were trying to defame him.
