Mourinho dreams to manage Rooney

By Super Admin

Madrid, May 29(ANI): Inter Milan manager Jose Mourinho, who is set to become the coach of Real Madrid, has said that he would love to manage Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney.

When asked which player he would love to manage, Mourinho said: "I'm going to say it because it's impossible."

"I would love to manage Wayne Rooney, as much for his talent as a player as for his mentality, but my friend Sir Alex Ferguson can be calm because it's impossible," The Sun quoted Mourinho, as saying.

Earlier, it was reported that the Spanish giants were plotting to bag Rooney by making a staggering 150 million pound bid in this summer's transfer window.

It was believed that Madrid planned to offer 90 million pounds to Manchester United and a 60 million pounds five year deal to Rooney.

Ferguson has already lost Cristiano Ronaldo, who went to the Bernabeu last summer for a world-record 80 million pound fee. ANI)
