Playboy gets better with 3-D centrefold
Chicago, May 12: Amid the slew of 3D movies and the entry of the new 3D television, the famous Playboy magazine is set to jump into the three-dimensional craze by featuring a 3-D centrefold.
The new edition of the magazine, known for publishing nude images of women, will hit the newstands on Friday, 14. The issue will come with attached 3-D glasses, sponsored by HBO.
Playboy Enterprises' founder Hugh Hefner claims that he had come up with the idea about 50 years but he did not have the money to support it.
Hope Dworaczyk, Playboy's Playmate of the Year, will be featured in the all-new 3-D page with a glass of wine and the other parts of her emrging out of the page.
Recently, an erotic magazine specially designed for the blind hit the news. The magazine, with braille text and raised naked pictures of men and women, named 'Tactile Minds' is the brainchild of Lisa Murphy, a photographer from Canada.
