"The Zoo magazine, Pamela Anderson thing is only a subset of the market - the vast majority of my patients just want to look normal," Queensland-based Dr Daniel Fleming told a Australian news agency.
Dr Fleming's clientele includes young flat chested women often from professional backgrounds or those with uneven breasts as well as new mothers who are looking to freshen their look.
"Confidence is the word that the patients use most frequently," he is quoted as saying.
"It's the people who have never had any breasts, it's usually before they have had any children, and they want them (implants) ... and then there are the mums who want a rejuvenation," he added.
This assertion from the implant surgeon serves as a proof that majority of women out there do not wish to have unusually large breasts like those flaunted by celebrities like Pamela Anderson, Katie Price (aka Jordon) and Carmen Electra.
