Former Indian high commissioner to Pak kills self
New Delhi, Apr 15: Former Indian high commissioner to Pakistan, KD Sharma ended his own life on Thursday, Apr 15.
Mr Sharma reportedly committed suicide by shooting himself with his licensed revolver at his Preet Vihar home in east Delhi.
The 79-year-old, who was India's envoy to Pakistan during President Zia-ul-Haq's rule in 1980s, left behind a suicide note.
"The note said he was committing suicide because of his inability to cope with a stomach disease," a police official is quoted as saying in media reports.
