London, Apr 6 (ANI): England football fans have said that a race war in South Africa will not keep them away from the 2010 World Cup.
The country has been rocked by the murder of White Supremacist Eugene Terre'Blanche, 69.
Terreblanche was hacked to death on Saturday and World Cup officials fear the killing will hit ticket sales.
Terreblanche, 69, was killed by two of his black farm workers in a dispute over 50-pound unpaid wages.
But more than 25,000 England supporters are planning to fly out for the tournament in 10 weeks.
Steve Marshall, 38, of Leicester, said: "I know there are problems over there but what's new? It doesn't frighten me."
John Roles, 29, of Lewisham, south-east London, said: "I can't wait to see England play."
Last night Terreblanche's Afrikaner party ruled out any form of retaliation, the Daily Star reports. (ANI)
