London, Apr 1: Indian-born biz tycoons continue to make way to the top spot of all world Rich Lists as another Indian Pallonji Mistry has now stepped on to the top position of the Ireland's Rich List.

With wealth worth of 3.9 billion pounds, Mistry's business interests expands across the spectrums of real estate, automobiles, heavy industry, and tea.

He also owns 18.4 percent stake in India's largest private conglomerate Tata Sons.

Mistry is the Chairman of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group. Through this he owns Shapoorji Pallonji Construction Limited, Forbes & Company Ltd and Eureka Forbes Limited.

The 79-year-old became an Irish citizen in 2003 by marrying an Irish-born woman.

Due to his characteristic shyness, Mistry has been dubbed the Phantom of the Bombay House by his colleagues in Tata Group. Despite his immense success, he stays away from the media.

Earlier this week, Indian-origin steel baron Lakshmi Mittal hit the headlines for heading the Asian Rich List 2010. UK-based Mittal was given credit for helping the company through tough times amid the global economic slump.
