Sania & family granted visas, wedding on Apr 11

Hyderabad, Mar 30: Pakistan authorities have granted the Pakistan visa to tennis player, Sania Mirza and her family, media reports.

Mirza will tie the knot with Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik in Lahore on Apr 11, 2010.

"We have got the visa. We are happy. Now that we have got the visa, we will be travelling to Pakistan," her mother Nasima Mirza was quoted as saying in a media report.

The visas were applied by her parents as well as her sister on Tuesday, Mar 30.

Media reports said that Malik's family too have applied for Indian visa to travel to the country for the pre and post marriage ceremonies .

23-year-old Mirza's decision to marry Malik created quite a flutter in both the countries. The couple will settle down in Dubai after their marriage in Lahore.
