Wenger's 'F' word rant as Arsenal blows Premier League title chance

By Super Admin

London, Mar.28 (ANI): A furious Arsene Wenger uttered an F-word rant after watching Arsenal blow their title dreams in a 1-1 draw against Birmingham.

A distraught Wenger's frustration boiled over on the touchline as he crouched into his best Basil Fawlty impression. And, according to The Sun, he lost it again when asked about Craig Gardner's tackle on Cesc Fabregas which left the Arsenal skipper with a very sore shin.

"Leave me alone, for f***'s sake. Yes, I am saying it was another bad tackle that one of my players has suffered," Wenger was quoted, as saying.

"Gardner's tackle on Fabregas was a bad one - one more. He was caught just below the knee and if that is not a foul then I don't know what a foul is. Am I suggesting there were a lot of bad tackles? Don't try and start drawing me in to make this another controversy," he added.

"This result is disappointing and a big blow to our title hopes," he said. (ANI)
